We are currently experiencing an outage with our internal authentication service. The issue affects the management console and agents for users that are trying to log in to the platform.

Our teams are investigating the issue and we are working on identifying and deploying a fix.

We have confirmed that the issue was resolved. The identified root cause will be fixed shortly within the planned maintenance window.

We have applied a temporary fix to our authentication service and users are now able to login and provision resources. We are monitoring the system to verify that the issue was fully resolved.

Our monitoring system identified an issue with the authentication service and our provisioning platform. Those issues prevent new authentications and gateway/tunnel deployments. We consider this a P1 issue and all teams are working on restoring full functionality.
