Users in several regions are unable to login into the Perimeter 81 agent Tuesday 6th April 2021 15:51:05

We were notified that some users are unable to connect to their network when using an agent. Our teams are looking into the issue and working on identifying the root cause and applying a quick fix.

The issue was related to a DNS misconfiguration which prevented the agents from resolving our authentication server. The record was modified and all users should be able to log in to the platform.
