Tel Aviv Some gateways in our IL-DC are experiencing connectivity issues to AWS

Our team identified a network connectivity issue to AWS US-EAST 1 from our Israeli DC. We are working with AWS to understand the root cause of the issue and provide a solution. Existing Israeli customers with non-AWS tunnels aren't affected by the issue.

  • We were able to confirm that the issue was fully resolved for all Perimeter 81 users.

  • We are still seeing connectivity inconsistencies between AWS US East and our Israeli Data-Center. With that being said, most of our Global and Israeli customers are not experiencing any issues at the moment. The team is still working with AWS to fully address the issue.

  • AWS is now working on troubleshooting a potential routing issue that affects the Israeli Data-Center. We are pending an update from the team and will provide updates as soon as we get them from our vendor.

  • We are still working on a resolution with the AWS team. Both teams are addressing the issue.

  • Our team is working with the AWS engineering team to identify the root cause of the issue and provide a solution.

    Authentication Services Some users may experience issues logging-in to the paltform

    We've received multiple reports about users that are facing issues with logging in to the Perimeter 81 platform. The team is looking into the reports in order to identify the root cause and impact.

  • Our team was able to resolve the issue and fully restore the functionality of the platform.

  • Our team was able to determine the root cause of the issue and we are now applying a fix. The service should be fully up and running within the next 20 minutes.

  • Our team has identified an issue with one of the certificates used by our platform. We are currently looking for the root cause and working on a fix. Logged-in users are not affected by the current issue.

  • Our team identified an issue with one of our Authentication Brokers (Auth0). This issue may affect users that are logged out of our platform and trying to log in. Users with a valid token are currently not affected by this issue. This issue is currently being addressed by our team and we are working on applying a fix and identifying the root cause.

    Authentication Services Some users maybe experiencing issues with using the Perimeter 81 platform and logging-in

    Amazon AWS is currently experiencing an outage in their US region. As a result, some Perimeter 81 users may experience difficulties and/or slowness in logging in to the platform. The issue affects the management console and the Perimeter 81 agents. Our teams are working closely with AWS to address the issue and restore functionality.

  • We have now confirmed that the issue was fully resolved and the system is fully functional. The team is working on a detailed RCA that will be shared with the affected customers.

  • Our team was able to verify that the services are coming back online and functionality should be restored. We are still monitoring the system to verify that we are back to normal.

  • Unfortunately, we are still experiencing an issue with the AWS-affected components. We are still working with AWS to restore functionality. Our second team is working on building an additional region and we are looking at it as plan-B in case AWS won't restore functionality in the near future. Both teams are working relentlessly on solving the issue for our customers and restore full functionality.

  • We are still trying to apply a fix or a bypass that will allow users to authenticate and log in to the platform. While AWS informed us that the issue is being slowly resolved on their end, we see that our authentication services are still severely affected. The team is in the process of applying a bypass on another region, however, as it requires significant changes to our infrastructure - we are still setting everything up.

  • Our team is still working on both paths - applying a bypass and working with AWS on addressing the outage. We understand the severe impact of the issue on some of our customers and addressing the issue with the utmost urgency. The team is on it and working hard on applying a remedy.

  • As the AWS resolution is still in progress, our teams are still working on a bypass to restore functionality.

  • In order to expedite the resolution of the issue, our team is now working on a bypass that will allow users to regain functionality while AWS is addressing the outage.

    Authentication Services Some users are experiencing an issue logging in to the platform

    Some users are currently experiencing longer login requests and some timeouts due to an outage of one of our global authentication providers (Auth0). The issue affects the management console and some users that are trying to log in to the platform or agent.

    Our team is working with Auth0 to resolve the issue and restore functionality.

  • Issue was resolved by our authentication provider and all systems should work as expected.

    Infrastructure Provisioning Service Some users may experience issues when creating a new tenant

    Some new admins may experience some issues when trying to create a new tenant within the Perimeter 81 platform. We've identified the issue with one of our 3rd party integrations and working on resolving the issue as soon as possible. Existing customers are not affected by this issue.
