Authentication Services Some users are experiencing an issue while logging-in to Perimeter 81

We are currently experiencing an outage with our internal authentication service. The issue affects the management console and agents for users that are trying to log in to the platform.

Our teams are investigating the issue and we are working on identifying and deploying a fix.

  • We have confirmed that the issue was resolved. The identified root cause will be fixed shortly within the planned maintenance window.

  • We have applied a temporary fix to our authentication service and users are now able to login and provision resources. We are monitoring the system to verify that the issue was fully resolved.

  • Our monitoring system identified an issue with the authentication service and our provisioning platform. Those issues prevent new authentications and gateway/tunnel deployments. We consider this a P1 issue and all teams are working on restoring full functionality.

    Some users may experience connectivity issues to Perimeter 81 or internal resources due to an AWS outage

    Due to an issue with some of the AWS regions, some of our users may experience disconnections when using the Perimeter 81 agent.

  • We were able to confirm that the issue was resolved.

  • AWS notified us that the issue was resolved. We are now verifying the functionality of all of our regions and gateways to make sure that we are fully up and running.

  • Our team identified an issue with some AWS resources that are used by Perimeter 81. The issue seems to be related to a small portion of tenants and gateways which may affect connectivity to Perimeter 81 and internal resources. We are working closely with AWS to assist them in resolving the issue and will provide updates until the issue is fully addressed.
