Client-Based Access Users in several regions are unable to login into the Perimeter 81 agent

We were notified that some users are unable to connect to their network when using an agent. Our teams are looking into the issue and working on identifying the root cause and applying a quick fix.

  • The issue was related to a DNS misconfiguration which prevented the agents from resolving our authentication server. The record was modified and all users should be able to log in to the platform.

  • 5th April 2021

    Client-Based Access Users in several regions are unable to login into the Perimeter 81 agent

    We were notified that some users are unable to connect to their network when using an agent. Our teams are looking into the issue and working on identifying the root cause and applying a quick fix.

  • Our team applied a fix to the issue and all users should be able to login using the Perimeter 81 agent.

    Authentication Services Users in several regions are unable to login into the Perimeter 81 agent

    Some users are currently unable to login into the service when using the Perimeter 81 agent. Our team is looking into the issue in order to identify the root cause and apply an immediate fix.

  • Our R&D team was able to identify the root cause of the issue and apply a fix. All users should be able to login using the Perimeter 81 agents.

  • Our R&D team was able to narrow down the issue to our internal API authentication engine and they are now working on applying a fix.
