London London Region - Some users are unable to connect to Gateways in the region

Some users experience issues connecting to the London region due to an ongoing issue with the Internet Exchange Poing in London. Our team is working closely with our network providers and monitoring the progress of the resolution of the issue.

  • Our team was able to migrate all gateways to new hosts and resume full functionality.

  • As the issue progresses, the team is working on moving all affected Gateways to unaffected hosts and clusters in the region. We are aware of the impact this issue may cause to some of our customers and doing everything in our power to address it in a timely manner.

  • Some users experience issues connecting to the London region due to an ongoing issue with the Internet Exchange Poing in London. The issue is still being addressed by our providers and we are monitoring the progress closely.

    Authentication Services Some users may get a 504 Error when trying to log in to the platform

    Some users reported an issue with logging in to the platform while getting a 504 Error. The issue seems to be sporadic and isolated to specific regions. Our team is working on identifying the root cause of the issue.

  • The issue was fully resolved

  • Our team was able to restore full functionality and we are monitoring the system.

  • Our team was able to confirm that once trying to log in for the second time the issue is being resolved. We are still investigating the root cause but can confirm that the issue has limited impact on a small number of users.

    Authentication Services Some users are unable to login to Perimeter 81

    One of our Authentication Providers (Auth0) is experiencing technical difficulties which affect the ability of some of our users to log in to our platform. Our R&D teams are working alongside the provider in order to restore functionality.

  • We can confirm that the issue was resolved by Auth0 and functionality was restored.

  • We were able to confirm that users can now pass the authentication successfully and log in to the platform. The team is still monitoring Auth0's progress in restoring full functionality.

  • We are continuing to monitor Auth0's efforts on restoring services as quickly as possible. We understand that this is causing a significant impact on your business and doing everything we can to expedite the resolution.

  • Our Authentication Provider (Auth0) informed us that they have all their engineering team working to restore functionality. We are closely monitoring the progress of their teams and waiting for updates about the situation.

  • We were informed by our Authentication Provider (Auth0) that they are still investigating the issue and trying to identify and resolve the root cause.
